Neverta "Ann" Kuczkowski, 87, of Napoleon, Ohio, and formerly of Decatur, Illinois, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025.She was born in Valdese, North Carolina. On June 18, 1937, to the late Gene and Mary (Barber) Ramsey.Ann was a member of First Church of Christ, Napoleon. She enjoyed going to the senior center frequently with her best friend Helen Witte.Ann liked to celebrate birthdays, going on picnics and was a genuinely happy person. She was easy going except when it came to proper U.S. Flag etiquette, and would remind people of the proper way to display the flag.Ann is survived by her children, Carol (Chuck) Stewart, Jack "Sonny" (Susan) Lambert and Jackie (Brett) Perkins; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and best friend, Helen Witte.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John; and siblings, Carroll (Hilda) Eckert, Marie (Ed) Anderson and Patricia Bently.Friends and family will be received at the Rodenberger-Gray Funeral Home, Napoleo
