ROLLAND BELFORD


Rolland "Gene" Belford, 64, of Paulding, Ohio passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. He was born in Wauseon, Ohio on May 19, 1960, to the late Robert and Frances (Wesley) Belford.
Gene was a member of the Paulding Eagles and loved to go fishing. He enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, Ohio State Buckeyes, and NASCAR. Gene was a wild fun-loving guy who enjoyed life and making people laugh. His greatest treasure was being with his family, especially his grandsons, Bubba, Cobain, and River.
Gene is survived by his wife, Tina; children, Matt (Becky) Belford, Ashley Belford, Rachael (Brian) Rittenhouse, Breannah (Luke) Baker; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, Albert Belford and Mark Belford; and brother-in-law, Darwyn Badenhop.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Kathy Badenhop and Brenda Belford; and brothers, Jerry Belford, Larry Belford, Michael Belford, and Robert Belford.
